We absolutely loved our stay at Pierre & Vacances in Lacanau! We were there for one week and the location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and within walking distance to bars and restaurants. The staff was friendly and professional, and the prices were reasonable considering the upkeep of the building. The apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable for our stay. We fell in love with Lacanau Ocean and can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Booked.net were really helpful when we needed to delay our arrival. Flat was small but had all we needed and was clean. Location right on the beach and a short distance from town centre was perfect.

It would have helped to be infomred on booking that towels were not provided and also to have had more info about what to expect from the accomodation. We didnt know that reception was closed between 12 and 4, so we had to wait 4 hours in very hot sun before we could move into our appartment. It's a ugly building, but so are all the others in that area.

The apartment was a good size for 2 people, would be a squeeze for 4. The kitchen had a decent set of utensils for cooking/eating. Nice relaxing swimming pool area.

The television in the apartment didn't have sky, therefore no other international tv channels were available. Towels not included.

I keep coming back to this amazing place for my stay. The staff is helpful, and I remember when they returned my forgotten belongings. It suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a pool, a spa, and beach access. I love coming here for a romantic escape.

The hotel's location was great with many restaurants close by, near the town centre and just a 50m walk from the beach. Rooms were well-furnished and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of equipment to use in the kitchen.
